The PH Centenary collection is a heritage collection launched by Louis Poulsen to honour the enduring principles of the System PH, still relevant 100 years after its invention. Crafted in lacquered aged brass and with combinations of white opal and coloured glass, the collection integrates both classic and archival PH designs.
Honouring the legacy of Poul Henningsen, the PH Centenary Edition is based on the iconic three-shade system, the System PH, invented by Poul Henningsen in 1926. Based on this system, Poul Henningsen developed hundreds of lamps as the mathematical principle behind it, made it possible to enable excellent lighting quality for a great variety of purposes.
